Renovation and expansion of the “Villa Novecento”- Romantic Hotel
The Villa Novecento– Romantic Hotel is located in Larzey, in theMunicipality of Courmayeur. It has a volume of 3,326.66m3, and has been completelyrenovated and enlarged. The hotel is spread over six floors, four of which arecompletely above the ground, while two basement floors are partially underground.
The expansion works included the underground garage,restaurant, garage rooms, laundry, fitness and meeting rooms.
The hotel has 26 bedrooms, with a total of 53 beds,with wooden floors and wall coverings, wooden finishes and painted plaster. Thebasement floor consists of a common living room, restaurant, kitchen withpantry, and some spaces managed by the hotel staff, such as an undergroundgarage, boiler room, warehouse and deposits. The mezzanine floor, in theenlarged part, houses the fitness area, meeting room, laundry and toilets.
