Our history
INART– the Professional Association of Tourism, Engineering and Architecture – exists thanks to the contribution of our three founders: engineer Pietro Ferraris, architect Sergio Favre and quantity surveyor Ferdinando Derriard.
We initially specialised in services mainly related to residential construction. After forty years of activity, thanks to the experience, equipment and numerous skills we have gained, our business now offers a wide range of integrated professional services aimed at both public and private clients, ensuring a fundamental interdisciplinary approach.
The attainment of the Quality Certification "UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008” for the Company Management System in 2003 and the transformation into an Engineering and Architectural Company in 2010 are testament to having become a well-structured and fast-growing company, capable of the professional implementation of very complex projects.

With specialised and multidisciplinary resources we are able to meet the needs of all interested parties. Our vision: we believe in the value of co-planning and co-designing, as well as in the awareness of a constantly evolving reality, and we prioritise respect for the environment.
